BYOC Pedals

Build Your Own Clone lets you build your own boutique pedal. They incorporate classic circuits of some of the most popular and expensive builds that have been offered by the boutique market. BYOC effects are no nonsense designs and the components used are very high quality. You might be able to upgrade some components here and there but rest assured that BYOC does not skimp or cut corners.

How do they sound? Just like they should. The vintage circuits are authentic and the sound quality is very high.

The first BYOC pedal I tried was the Screamer, a clone of the original TS-808. This pedal sounded as good as any tube screamer clone I have ever heard. The guitarist who built this pedal sold off his other TS808 knockoffs such as a modified Sparkle Drive and the Maxon OD808 and has been a BYOC fanatic ever since. These pedals do sound good. When I first heard the BYOC overdrives and fuzzes I was taken back by the sound quality and how they sounded just as good (if not better) than any of the boutique pedals out there. BYOC is the real deal. The greatest thing is that these pedals cost fraction of what boutique effects usually go for. They also take up minimal pedal board space and are easy on batteries. BYOC has really cleaned up my pedal board!
